I am a young lady in her 20's who loves the Lord Jesus Christ and who is interested in all the homemaking arts. Tatting is an old fashioned way of making lace. This particular type of lacemaking is not very common today, despite being quite popular in the Victorian era. Inspiration for my tatted lace jewelry and accessories comes from Victorian styles, classical crossover music, BBC movies, and old books! Many old patterns are lovely, but for necklaces, cuffs, and earrings I enjoy making up new designs. I am a part owner of a small flock of sheep as well, so you can imagine how difficult it is for me to decide whether to spin, knit, cook, or tat first!
